Cornerstone Hires Moore as CFO
For Immediate Release: August 11, 2006
(Green Bay, WI) Cornerstone Business Services is pleased to announce Rob Moore as chief financial officer.
“As Cornerstone has been growing with additional offices in Wisconsin and Michigan, our financial needs have expanded,” stated Scott Bushkie, president of Cornerstone Business Services. “Rob brings expertise to this newly created position.”
As a certified public accountant, Moore holds the financial and operational management role at Cornerstone. Moore will also help Cornerstone’s business transaction advisors with the initial estimates of a company’s value.
Moore has more than 25 years of financial leadership and management experience and has prior experience with mergers and acquisitions and the necessary due diligence process.
As a graduate of St. Norbert College in De Pere, the Green Bay native serves as a board member of the Children’s Museum of Green Bay.
