ICS Sells Property Management Division
For Immediate Release August 9, 2007
(Green Bay, WI) Integrated Community Services (ICS), Inc. recently sold its property management division to Special Forces Building and Grounds, LLC of Green Bay. In addition to offering commercial and construction site cleaning, lawn care and snow removal services, Special Forces offers turnkey facility maintenance services. The transaction was handled by Jason Muenster of Cornerstone Business Services, Inc.
ICS President & CEO Jon Syndergaard says that while the division was highly successful, the company has chosen to refocus its energy into core human services and staffing programs. Additionally, ICS continues to evaluate the potential acquisition of other new initiatives.
“Special Forces is an independent entity that will continue to handle many of our property management services,” Syndergaard said. “We look forward to this partnership and believe they have the resources to take the business we’ve built to the next level. Tad Isaacson and his staff have joined Special Forces and are excited about the opportunity to continue growing the business and the trust they have established with their clients.”
