Diversified Tool Inc, Sold to the Neumann Family

(Milwaukee) – Cornerstone Business Services, Inc is pleased to announce the sale of Diversified Tool, Inc. to the Neumann Family of Beaver Dam. The family acquired the Mukwonago Wisconsin-based company from Don and Pat Mancuso. The transaction was handled by Troy Beauchamp of Cornerstone Business Services, Inc. Milwaukee office.

Founded in 1990, Diversified Tool, Inc. is a full-service tool and machining company. It designs and manufactures fixtures, gauges, and specialized machines. The company differentiates itself from competitors with in-house design and engineering services and close tolerance, precision work.

Dean Neumann says he plans to continue the company as Diversified Tool and will continue producing the same high quality products while expanding the company's sales and marketing efforts.
