Three Michigan Convenience Stores Sold
For Immediate Release January 02, 2006
Cornerstone Business Services is pleased to announce the sale of three Kalamazoo, Michigan area convenience stores. American Gas & Oil Inc. of Sparta acquired the businesses from Knapp Energy of Kalamazoo. The transaction was handled by Jim Butler of Cornerstone Business Services.
The three locations sold are the Short Stop Citgo, Kalamazoo; Raceway Citgo, Kalamazoo; and Fast Break Citgo, Portage.
