CBI, Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor
Firsthand Success at Product Development
His most recent achievements involve developing an alternative fuel technology and successfully navigating the global regulatory environment. Jason leveraged his innovation into a joint venture, serving as COO for ThermoDynamics Group, a Netherlands-based multinational. Jason ushered his technology through R&D and commercialization to successfully license the intellectual property.
As part of that initiative, Jason spent 4+ years in the Netherlands, achieving the only EU Ministry of Shipping recommendation to date for retrofit HHO technology and the first ever Global Third Party accreditation for emissions reduction and increased power generation.
Experience with Restaurant Groups
Earlier in his career, Jason founded a restaurant consulting business that provided brand development, systems development and optimization. He served more than a dozen restaurant groups with 100+ business units throughout the Midwest and Northeast regions of the U.S., increasing gross profit by at least 10% at each unit. On one engagement, he transformed a major restaurant brand experiencing five years of $84K/month in losses to one with $30K/month in profitability – in just four months.
A Green Bay-area native, Jason studied chemical engineering and mathematics at the University of Minnesota and holds 12 patents for HHO fuel generator systems. He speaks intermediate Spanish and basic Dutch.
